We have a 7 day free return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. You should keep the item in original packaging and not use it if you do not like. Any used products will not be taken back.

We are based in Lucknow and do not take back any shipments outside India. We can consider exchanging if the customer ships it back. Cost of reverse shipment will not be borne by the company.
